Military fitness deployed

When equipment and time are uncertain, a simple plan wins: one bell, bodyweight and a few repeatable sessions.

Session A: strength

Five rounds of clean and press, front squats and pull-ups. Keep the repetitions low enough to remain sharp.

Session B: conditioning

Ten minutes of swings performed every minute, followed by short shuttle runs or step-ups.

Session C: work capacity

Alternate loaded carries, push-ups and walking lunges for twenty to thirty minutes at a steady pace.

Without a kettlebell

Use push-ups, split squats, pull-ups where available, crawling and loaded backpack carries. Keep the same movement categories even when the tool changes.

Repeatable beats complicated: three dependable sessions can carry you through weeks of uncertainty.
