Kettlebell movement previews
Video makes the invisible visible. Record a few repetitions, then review one technical point at a time.
Hip drive
The bell floats from the hips. The arms stay connected and the spine remains organised.
Quiet insertion
Keep the bell close and guide the hand through the handle. The bell should wrap around the forearm rather than crash onto it.
Stable lockout
Finish with a stacked wrist, elbow and shoulder while the ribs stay controlled.
Efficient path
Accelerate with the hips, keep the arc compact and insert the hand smoothly at the top.
Rack and depth
Keep the bells connected to the torso and the whole foot anchored as you descend.
Film two views: use the side for hinge and bell path, then the front for stance and symmetry.
